DecisionVelocity Assessment
When you complete the free Pre-Demo Decision Assessment:
- Your responses are collected through Tally (tally.so), a third-party form provider. Their privacy policy governs data collected on their platform.
- Your responses are used to generate a personalized diagnostic report delivered to your email address.
- Your assessment data may be analyzed in aggregate (without identifying information) to improve our diagnostic methodology.
- We do not share your individual assessment responses with any third party.
Outbound Communications
We may send business development emails to B2B professionals whose companies match our ideal client profile. These communications are:
- Sent only to professional business email addresses
- Related to our B2B consulting and diagnostic services
- Limited in frequency (a defined sequence, not ongoing marketing blasts)
- Compliant with CAN-SPAM requirements, including clear identification and an easy opt-out mechanism
If you receive an email from us and wish to stop further communications, you may reply with “stop,” “unsubscribe,” or “remove,” and you will be added to our do-not-contact list within one business day.
SMS Notifications
Our internal CRM system sends SMS notifications exclusively to the business owner for lead management purposes. No clients, prospects, or third parties receive SMS messages from our system.
- Message frequency varies based on inbound CRM activity
- Standard message and data rates may apply
- To opt out: reply STOP to any message
- For help: reply HELP or contact wb@wiltonblake.com
