AI Use Policy

As part of my writing and strategy process, I use AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity to enhance speed, depth, and creativity.

These tools help with:

  • Strategic critique and refinement
  • Research acceleration
  • Outlining and ideation
  • Editing for clarity and flow

What I don’t do:

I never copy-paste AI-generated content into final deliverables. Every piece of writing is crafted, fact-checked, and refined by me. AI is a thinking partner, not a ghostwriter.

Why it matters:

This approach lets me deliver higher-quality work faster, while ensuring every word reflects your brand voice and strategic goals. It also helps surface fresh angles and insights that improve performance.

If you ever want to see how I use these tools in context, I’m happy to walk you through my process.

Data handling practices:

I never upload sensitive client information, proprietary data, or unpublished assets into AI tools. When using AI for research or editing, I anonymize inputs and strip out client identifiers to protect confidentiality.

I also use AI tools with enhanced privacy settings and paid tiers that don’t train on user inputs. This ensures that client data stays private and isn’t used to improve public models.

If a project involves highly sensitive material, I’m happy to work entirely offline or with client-approved tools

Human oversight:

AI helps me move faster, but it never replaces my judgment. Every deliverable goes through a multi-step editorial process:

  • I use AI to surface ideas, challenge assumptions, or tighten structure
  • Then I rewrite, refine, and fact-check the output manually
  • Final drafts are always reviewed through a human lens for tone, nuance, and alignment with your brand

In short, AI is a co-pilot. I’m the pilot.
