DecisionVelocity Assessment
The free Pre-Demo Decision Assessment is a self-reported diagnostic tool. It provides directional insight based on your responses and is not a guarantee of specific business outcomes. The personalized diagnostic report is generated using automated analysis and professional interpretation.
Paid diagnostic engagements involve direct consultation, analysis, and deliverables as outlined in the scope confirmation provided before work begins.
Engagement Terms
All paid engagements are governed by the scope confirmation sent before work begins. Scope confirmations specify deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. By replying to confirm scope, you agree to the engagement terms outlined in that confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified in the scope confirmation:
- Payment is due 50% before work begins and 50% upon delivery
- Work product is delivered digitally (documents, reports, presentations)
- Revisions within the original scope are included. Revisions outside scope may require a separate agreement
- Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed through the termination date is billable.
Intellectual Property
- Diagnostic frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary assessment tools (including the five-dimension DecisionVelocity framework) remain the intellectual property of Zero-Point Ventures, LLC
- Work product delivered to clients (case studies, white papers, strategic reports, diagnostic reports) becomes the client’s property upon final payment
- Client names, logos, and testimonials may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing

- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS notifications. A confirmation will be sent and no further messages will follow.

- Supported carriers: Delivered via Twilio, compatible with all major US wireless carriers
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality strategic analysis and content, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or conversion improvements.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or missed SMS notifications. Business decisions should not rely solely on SMS alert delivery.
