Selecting the right customer for your case study is as important as selecting the right case study copywriting service. I’ll help you put together a strategy for selecting a customer to showcase and getting that customer to agree to be featured in your case study. As your case study copywriting service, I’ll give you the tools you need to make your customer feel comfortable with the entire process.

FIRST, I conduct a 30 to 40-minute recorded interview with you and your team. The purpose of the interview is for me to gain knowledge about your company. I also need to be clear about what product or service you provided to your customer.
SECOND, After you introduce me to your featured customer as your case study copywriter, I conduct a 30 to 40-minute recorded interview with them. During that Interview, I draw out all of the information I need to make you look good.
I ask them things like what challenges caused them to look for a solution like yours, what specific results they experienced, and how much they enjoyed working with you.

- A transcript of your interview
- A transcript of your featured customer’s interview
- You’ll also get reliable project management that keeps everyone on track
Drafting & Editing
Here is where I get to work writing. I take the interviews I’ve conducted and transform them into a persuasive customer success story that features actual quotes from your featured customer. When your customer can share hard numbers, I’ll include those metrics as well. It’s all a part of my case study copywriting service.
Once I’ve delivered a draft, you’ll have the opportunity to review that draft and request edits. To keep things organized, we’ll use the change-tracking feature in Microsoft Word.
